Overview
Slexironxloeu operates as a rental service provider. All items remain our property and are rented to clients for specified periods. This Return Policy outlines our cancellation, refund, and return procedures in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
By booking our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy and our Terms of Use.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking at any time, subject to the following terms:
Cancellations Made 14+ Days Before Event Date:
- Full refund of all payments made, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees as specified in your booking agreement
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
Cancellations Made 7-14 Days Before Event Date:
- 50% refund of the total booking amount
- Non-refundable deposits and fees will be retained
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Event Date:
- No refund will be provided, as we are unable to rebook the items at such short notice
- Exceptions may be made for circumstances beyond your control (severe weather, medical emergencies, etc.) at our discretion
- Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances

Modifications to Bookings
We understand that event plans can change. Subject to availability, you may modify your booking by:
- Adding or removing items (pricing adjustments will apply)
- Changing the rental period (additional fees may apply for extended periods)
- Changing the delivery address (delivery fee adjustments may apply)
Modifications must be requested at least 7 days before your event date. We will provide an updated quote for any changes, and payment adjustments will be processed accordingly.
Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds:
- Cancellations made within the timeframes specified above
- Items that are damaged, defective, or not as described upon delivery
- If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to our error or unavailability
- Force majeure events that prevent us from providing services
Non-Refundable Items:
- Booking fees and deposits (unless cancellation occurs 14+ days in advance)
- Delivery fees (if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the event)
- Damage deposits (refundable only if no damage occurs and items are returned as expected)
- Setup fees for completed setups
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for funds to appear in your account
Return of Rental Items
Collection:
- We will collect all rental items on the agreed collection date
- Items must be ready for collection at the agreed time and location
- If you require an alternative collection arrangement, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance
Condition of Items:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as when delivered (reasonable wear and tear expected)
- Items should be reasonably clean and free of excessive debris or stains
- All items must be present and accounted for
Damage and Loss:
- You are responsible for items during the rental period
- Damage beyond reasonable wear and tear will incur repair or replacement fees
- Lost or stolen items will be charged at their full replacement value
- We will inspect items upon collection and notify you of any issues within 48 hours
- Damage assessments will be fair and based on actual repair or replacement costs
Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund if services fail to meet consumer guarantees
- Compensation for damages or losses resulting from our failure to meet consumer guarantees
- Services to be provided with acceptable care and skill
- Services to be fit for their intended purpose
These rights are in addition to our standard refund and return policies and cannot be excluded or limited.
Late Returns
If rental items are not available for collection on the agreed date, additional rental fees will apply for each day until items are collected. Late return fees are calculated at 20% of the daily rental rate per item, per day.
If items are retained beyond 7 days from the agreed return date without communication, we reserve the right to treat the items as lost and charge full replacement value.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a refund, return, or any aspect of our service:
- Contact us immediately via email or phone to discuss the issue
- Provide detailed information about your concern, including photos if applicable
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- If we cannot resolve the matter, you may contact the relevant consumer protection authority in your state or territory
We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all disputes.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters or severe weather events
- Pandemics, government restrictions, or public health emergencies
- Industrial action or labor disputes
- Transportation failures or road closures
- Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
In such circumstances, we will work with you to find alternative solutions or provide appropriate refunds.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
